Post-Ramadan periods have consistently shown a dip in both traffic and transactions on Traveloka. To address this, our creative team partnered with the marketing team to launch a simple yet effective campaign. The idea was straightforward: users scan a QR code and engage with interactive activities within the Traveloka app.
By offering easy, rewarding tasks, we aimed to reinforce the message that Traveloka is always a gateway to fulfilling travel dreams—no matter the season. This campaign also encourages a shift in user behavior: from being promo-driven to becoming Points-focused. As users start collecting Extra Points, they begin to see the value of staying active on the app throughout the year—not just during big promos.
Using a competition-based format with exciting prizes, we gave users a strong incentive to keep engaging. This not only boosts interaction but also builds a habit of consistent use—laying the groundwork for lasting behavioral change.
