This was Traveloka’s first-ever Offline Travel Fair, where visitors could drop by the booth and get hands-on assistance with their bookings. All they had to do was show up, sit back, and relax—our Travelokans took care of the rest. The offline event was held at Kota Kasablanka Mall, Jakarta.
For users outside of Jakarta, there was no need to worry—they could still enjoy the same great deals online. This campaign was designed to run simultaneously both offline and online, making it accessible to everyone.
The results were remarkable: transactions increased by 200%, and our top spender during the offline event reached an impressive IDR 430 million.
